'Positive And Negative Freedom Of Fundamental Rights': The terms positive and negative freedom are usually used to summarize the basic legal protection of actions and omissions. This thesis examines the basic legal protection of behavior understood by these terms, in particular the symmetry of positive and negative freedom.
