Produktbeschreibung
'Literature by Volga Germans - Volga German Literature?': Volga Germans hold a special place among Russia Germans due to their early colonial activities, the Autonomous Republic, and literary milestones. But do their works qualify as aesthetic literature? And how should Russia or Volga German literature be defined? These conference proceedings present largely unknown themes, personalities, canonical works, as well as the periods and conditions of existence of a seemingly independent literary scene.
